You are welcome to share links to our pages. Copying, reselling or reproducing our designs or photos for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed.

Text and images you send us

When you personalize a mug, the names and words you enter stay yours. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and you allow us and our partner print studios to reproduce it only for the purpose of producing and delivering your order.

We do not print requests that copy protected logos, brand names, cartoon characters, song lyrics or artwork owned by someone else. If an order contains such material, we will contact you to change the text or cancel the order with a full refund.

Our designs

The designs offered in our catalog are created for or licensed to A Custom Name. We do not claim any connection with, or endorsement from, any other brand or rights holder.

Reporting a problem

If you think something on our site uses your work without permission, please follow the steps on our DMCA Notice & Takedown page, or email support@acustomname.com. We review every report and remove material that infringes.
